The British Tag Part 2

Jason here 🙂 Following up from yesterday’s British questionnaire, it’s now my turn to answer! Now I’m missing England!

Question 1: How many cups of tea do you have a day and how many sugars in your tea?
My day is usually a coffee in the morning with a cup of tea (or 2) later in the afternoon. Yorkshire tea with a dash of milk! No sugar anymore after my Mum forced me to stop!
Question 2: Favourite part of your roast?
Can’t beat Yorkshire Puddings. I always fill them with mash potatoes, meat and gravy and eat it like a roast-in-an-edible-bowl. I’m weird.
Question 3: Favourite dunking biscuit?
I normally go for digestives because they all clump together at the bottom of the mug and you can scoop them all up and enjoy it as a post-tea snack!
Question 4: Favourite quintessentially British past time?
Enjoying a long conversation about the mild weather we are currently experiencing.
Question 5: Favourite word?
Noggin! As in – Use your noggin!
Question 6: Cockney rhyming slang?
I’m not from London so I’ll give you my favourite Scouse term instead. Desert Wellies = Sandals!
Question 7: Favourite sweet?
I’m pretty torn between Sherbet Fountains (tossing out the liquorice and shoving all the sherbet in my mouth in one go) or Cola Cubes (and picking them from your teeth several hours later)
Question 8: What would your pub be called?
The Spielbox
Question 9: No 1 British person?
Gotta be Vanessa I guess 😉
Question 10: Favourite shop/restaurant?
The Egg Cafe in Liverpool for a massive cheese on toast and pot of tea.
Question 11: What British song pops into your head?
Talkin’ bout my g-g-generation…
Question 12: Marmite – love it or hate it?
I’m part of the rather avoid camp! Give me jam on my toast!
