I’ll go the early-is-torture one better: My desk is in a cold, dark, windowless room. There are some days that I only see sunlight when I’m going to the bathroom. I’m pretty sure this could be loosely classified as a human rights abuse.

OMG I think that’s actually illegal in Germany – maybe even in the States – do check. I wouldn’t be able to survive…!!
