New Year's Resolutions Update

Shine Like Neon Rays…
So, a whole month of 2015 has passed and I have completed one of my New Year’s Resolutions already! It’s obviously food related – haha.
We made marshmallows – vanilla flavour – and they were absolutely delicious, especially melted in hot chocolate – WOW! They are super easy to make and very quick too – highly recommend it! Going to be making lots more of these in the future – these ones were meant to be red/ pink, but the food colouring just didn’t happen… weird!

I told my lovely Korean friend that I wanted to make kimchi and she literally said she would bring me some of her own handmade stuff… I hope next time we will make it together as it was absolutely amazingly deliciously divine! YUMMY!
