In Ise there was a girl working at an eikaiwa who was knocked off of her bike and groped by a HS boy. I remember at the time the police just shrugged and said how are they meant to find a 16 year old boy with black hair wearing the local HS PE kit…

Yeah I heard many stories like this and experienced similar things myself. I think one day I will write about it all, but it still horrifies me that this is so normal in Japan and no one seems to do anything about it. I think in Tokyo things are changing and this would be investigated but not yet in more rural areas…
