Today is a national holiday in Germany – yey! So everywhere is closed and we don’t have to work. So we thought it would be a good excuse for morning pancakes. Here’s a photo to make you jelly.
Have you had Speculoos before? It is the most amazing thing ever created and on the top of a pancake is it heaven on a plate. It’s become a bit popular recently and they even had it in Waitrose last time I looked, so get out there people and buy it and enjoy. We are off for a cycle ride now so enjoy your day off German people! We sure are…
